Do you ever have a patient turn down treatment that, to you, is obviously necessary? We are all familiar with the saying, "A picture is worth a thousand words". This is particularly true when we are communicating with our patients. During this Fireside Chat, we will discuss both intraoral and digital cameras, review the ten pictures you should take on every patient, and discuss why the STAFF, not the dentist, should be taking these photos. Finally, we will briefly discuss how we use these photos in patient education, and effectively convincing patients of the need for necessary dental care. As always, the Fireside Chat ends with an informal Q&A.
