Course Cancellation Policy

PCC courses are purposely small in enrollment to provide optimum interaction between participants and instructors. Last-minute participant substitutions are difficult to arrange.  Off-site courses require venue payment by PCC up to 60 days prior to the course.  Therefore, we have the following course cancellation policy:

Refunds, less a $200 non-refundable administrative fee, are available if PCC is notified of the cancellation more than 60 days prior to the course. If cancellation is between 60 to 30 days prior to the course, we will refund 50% of the tuition. If cancellation is less than 30 days prior to the course, we are unable to offer a refund. 

Tuition transfers, less our administrative fee, are granted only in extenuating circumstances on a one-time, case-by-case basis.
