Course Cancellation Policy

PCC hands-on courses are purposely small in enrollment to provide optimum interaction between participants and instructors. Last-minute participant substitutions are difficult to arrange.  Off-site seminars require venue payment by PCC up to 60 days prior to the course.  Therefore, we have the following course cancellation policy:

Refunds, minus an administrative fee, are available if PCC is notified of the cancellation more than 60 days prior to the course.  If cancellation is between 60 to 30 days prior to the course, we will refund 50% of the tuition. If cancellation is less than 30 days prior to the course, we are unable to offer a refund.   The administrative fee is $200 for hands-on classes and $100 for off-site seminars.

Tuition transfers to another course within 12 months, less our administrative fee, are granted only in extenuating circumstances on a one-time, case-by-case basis.
