CAD/CAM restorations may be for you! In-office milling of dental restorations has had a relatively long and challenging development. During more than 20 years of research and development, several hopeful groups have developed what they thought were clinically useful devices. However, the CEREC device has outlived the others and currently dominates the in-office milling concept.
