Course Cancellation Policy

PCC courses are purposely small in enrollment to provide optimum interaction between participants and instructors. Last-minute participant substitutions are difficult to arrange. Therefore, we have the following course cancellation policy: A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit ($200/dentist and $100/auxiliary) is required upon registration. The remaining tuition balance will be charged 60 days prior to the course, unless registration is placed online, in which case the entire tuition will be charged upon registration. Refunds, less the non-refundable deposit, are available if PCC is notified of the cancellation more than 60 days prior to the course. If cancellation is less than 60 days prior to the course, we will refund 50% of the tuition. The non-refundable tuition, less the deposit, can be applied to DVD products within 30 days from the cancellation date. In the event of a cancellation within 72 hours of the course, we are unable to make a refund. However, the non-refundable tuition, less the deposit, can be applied to DVD products within 30 days from the cancellation date.
