Gordon's most popular course! It provides you and your staff with an enormous amount of information about products, techniques, and practice administration. It motivates your staff to become a team, while they enjoy a fantastic Scottsdale experience as an additional benefit. This course will enable you to reduce the time required to produce high-quality dentistry, and we are told that it has increased past participant's productivity up to 100%. This course is designed for dentists, assistants, hygienists, and business personnel. However, it is not required that you bring your staff to attend.
Day One
The entire team meets together with Dr. Gordon Christensen for a full-day session including life planning, conserving time; teamwork; planning a productive clinical facility; auxiliary involvement; productive scheduling; practice management; financial policies; complete treatment planning; as well as many other topics.
Day Two
Gordon instructs the doctors and clinical auxiliaries and discusses the best, least expensive, fastest products (by brand name) and related techniques in all areas of dentistry. Numerous concepts not introduced in other PCC courses are covered. The business personnel meet with Dr. Rella Christensen. Financial policies and arrangements, efficient insurance processing, productive scheduling, handling patient information, collections, communication skills, effective staff meetings, and other topics suggested by the participants are included.
